Frequently Asked Bachelor Party Questions

Q: Do I have to choose an existing package? Can I mix and match activities?

A: YES!!! We will combine any of the activities on our site to make a package for you. We'll tailor it to match your group's personality. Go to our Build Your Own page and give us an idea of what you're looking for.

Q: Can I do this for a birthday party, divorce party, mancation, or any reason other than a bachelor/ette party?

A: YES!!! We can provide services for any group gathering. Easily organize and execute your function through us.

Q: How soon should I book?

A: You should book your event as soon as possible - 3 to 4 months in advance to ensure you get your chosen activities. We only book with the best vendors, so if they are booked up, we won't settle for anything less. If you don't have that amount of time, DON'T WORRY, contact us as we have been known to work miracles. Our vendors know us and we enjoy a close relationship with each one.

Q: What is the booking process?

A: It's easy! Browse our website, choose your activities, submit a request and you'll be contacted by a FireFly event manager. Our Event Managers will help you finalize the pricing and details in addition to checking availability.

Q: What is the deadline to pay for your trip?

A: All seats must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event. If you add anyone within the thirty days prior to the event that seat must be paid for immediately.

Q: Can I add anyone on at the last minute?

A: We will always try to add anyone at the last minute. Some of our trips have a maximum number of seats so the addition of a new person may require an upgrade to one or more of the services in your trip.

Q: What happens in bad weather conditions?

A: Cancellations due to adverse weather are determined by the vendors providing the services for your trip. Cancellations are subject to the terms of that vendor's cancellation policy.

Q: Is transportation included on our trip?

A: Ground transportation is available upon request for many of our packages via limousine, party bus, etc. If you are interested in adding transportation, please call us for a price quote (prices are subject to change depending on the number of people you have in your group)

Q: What happens if we need to contact FireFly while we are on our Bachelor/ette event?

A: Contact your planner if it's a non life threatening issue. If it is an emergency, please call 911. Please ensure that your group has the necessary medical or travel insurance at the time of your event.

Q: Will there be a representative from FireFly at our event?

A: We have found that 'guides' get in the way of your event. Who wants a guy hanging around that doesn't get your jokes, you've never met, and will probably want a tip at the end of the night? Our vendors are aware that you are coming and familiar with our events. You and the gang with will be in good hands. You'll also receive a FireFly cheat sheet that will advise you of the best bars, local amenities and local events.
