HOW TO BOOK YOUR BACHELORETTE PARTY
Step 1: Research
Browse our website, we will give you helpful hints on whats the best option for your group (we have plenty of experience booking events). Evaluate your groups temperament and budget to determine the length of event. You dont want to book a beer tasting event if half your group doesnt drink or a rafting trip the other half your group cant swim.
Step 2: Select & Customize Your Trip
Choose one of our ready-to-roll packages or build your own adventure. Once youve pitched it to the guys/gals fill out our trip booking form on the website or give us a call. We'll make sure the package is tailored to your specific needs. Package prices are determined by a min/max # of participants. Based on your choices well finalize the price.
Step 3: Sign-Up
You'll pay for one seat and give us a final guestimate of how many mates are coming on the trip.
Step 4: Launch
Once the details are finalized, well put up a custom trip page just for your party. It will contain trip details and tools for a phenomenal trip. You'll be able to send out invitations to everyone through our easy interface.
Step 5: Promote & Collect
Your friends can now log-in to the trip page and pay for their seat with a credit card. All payments come directly to FireFly Events, Inc. You never have to worry about collecting money. We will email you when someone books or cancels and you can easily check on-line to see who still needs to sign-up and how many people are needed to meet the minimum. Well send reminder emails out to trip members as the deadline grows closer.
As each guest pays they'll be given the option to donate toward the bride's portion of the party.
Step 6: Prepare
Charge up the batteries on the camera, iron your clothes, and practice your goofy grin because youre about to have an unforgettable experience. Check the trip website for activity specific requirements regarding dress code, physical demands, and health concerns. Well contact you one week prior to the event to give your trip survival guide including confirmation numbers, contact information, best eats, best drinks and even the closest pharmacy for the morning after.
Step 7: Travel
You will take the glory for the event, everything will be planned out in as much detail as you have chosen. You just need to show up on the soon to be infamous date and ready for some fun. Everyone is responsible for getting to the meeting point. Remember to act responsibly, if drinking is not permitted on an activity, wait until you are done. It is up to the vendors' discretion to cancel your activity if they feel your safety or someone else's is being jeopardized on your trip.
